How difficult is it to replace the headers? Doesn't look like a lot of room for hands & tools in there.

Not as bad as you’d think. He has a body lift so we could do it without having to lift the engine. He had PB-Blasted most of what needed to come off for the past few days. Between the three of us we had the proper tools including my handy stubby short throw 3/8 ratchet. I worked mostly on the manifold while the young guys tackled the rusty cats and cat-back. If I were to do this I would get all new exhaust rather than using parts of the old but hey, not my truck.
