Charles has joined the 35" club

Here is another shot of the bike with the 35's installed

Image
If you remember, this is what we had built before
and he won best bike 1st place at his school car show
Image
Well... he ran into a stone wall and bent the front forks up to the frame :bang:
so we built a new set of forks three feet longer than the first ones.
Then he was looking at my 35's from the 4runner
Image
so I gave in and said ok
I made some adapters to go from the atv axle to the toyota 6 lug pattern
I cut out the centers of two old 4runner brake drums and welded in some studs.
Image
Both done and getting ready for the swap
Image
adapter in the wheel
Image
wheels installed
Image
finllay some closeup shots
Image
Image
Still adding some mods to it before the next car show at his school.
Now he is looking at my 45's

Well he has the 40;s on it now a new frame new seat, luggage rack and a new rear shock

Thank Guys
Between the two of us we are driving Carol crazy

It is geared down so low that it;s really not that hard to pedal.
and It goes pretty good even with the big tires.
