Nice - thanks for posting. Great for anyone in that area. More properties becoming available to wheel is good news for our community.

I'll be attending the Nexterra Supporting Members only run in MA that day.

Yup, thanks for the support Suresh!

If you plan on attending and don't have an account on thenewx, post up here and I'll update the thread over there.

Hope we can get some more drivers as there are only about 3 of us currently attending

Will do, been watching some vids from the place, looks like mostly wooded trails and mud, not so many rocks.

After my experience at Rausch I'd love to not be around big boulders for a while lol

Haha... wooded trails are fun too. Gremlin Graveyard, where we have the supporting members run, is more wooded with stumps/off cambers/hill climbs etc. too.... Less of those massive boulders you get in Rausch.
I'm sure it'll be great, have fun.

Sounds like a cool place. Im willing to go some other time. I cannot make Oct 17th this year. Maybe we should setup a club run there sometime for next year?

It's 4+ hours for me though. If the reports are good, could be a potential club run sometime next year.

Hey guys, back from the event, and had a blast. Only 5 trucks showed up, 3 2nd gens and 2 1st gens, but we still had tons of fun. Unfortunately the 1st gens suffered from some issues. The white one piloted by Nate suffered from overheating and alternator issues and had to get towed home, and the silver one piloted by Mike had an alternator issue as well, he made a quick run to Autozone and got the new one installed and made it back out onto the obstacle course at the end of the day.

Here's a link to the drop box and some youtube links for you all to watch!

Hope you enjoy!

Thanks Sal. Looks like nice woodsy trails & slippery climbs. Were there enough to trails to spend the whole day? And did you guys camp?

I saw some pics of your radiator caked in mud too... That's what you get for blasting though mud pits. :-)

Luckily that wasn't my radiator. It was that of the 1st gen that ended up getting towed home.

There were plenty of trails to wheel for the entire day.

Also the owners were nice enough to rent us the hunting lodge on the property at a discounted price. The weather turned on us that night and dropped to 20* with snow flurries and the windchill coming off the nearby lake.

We left Sunday morning and drove through blizzard conditions for a while until we outran the storm. It was interesting to see such a crazy amount of snow in October. Idk how you Northerners deal with life.
