November 1 2014 BOD meeting request for agenda items

We have our last meeting of 2014 hosted by Green Mountain Crawlers

Note in red from Caleb Sugarman:

The Fall Meeting will be held at my folks house/shop in Royalton Vermont

Address is 2467 Royalton Hill Road, South Royalton Vt 05068

Were having a hard time locating chairs, so if we could ask that people bring a camp chair.

Wheeling on the property after.

We'll provide lunch, probably pizza.


Meeting will run from 10 AM to 2 PM and will include but not be limited to:

Land/property reports

Fall Crawl breakdown

Officer Elections

Incentives to get clubs involved

ADDED: presentation by CORP (connecticut off road park)

ADDED: Donation of Superwinch Tigershark 9500 winch for the BOD decide what to do with it

Here are directions from exit 3 of 89. There is a gas station right off the exit if you need to fuel up.

3.3 miles from the interstate

Get off exit 3, make a left onto 107. Go .6 miles.

Take a right at the sugarhouse, on to Rt 14. Go .3 miles

Take a right after a large brick building onto Royalton Hill Road.

After green bridge, continue left on Royalton hill road. go 2.2 miles.

House is on the left as your going up the hill, cants see the house from the road. Well put something on the mail box.

Wheeling on the property after. Loose dirt, mossy rocks, and rotted logs. Can get around in the woods with stock vehicle.

People should plan to bring something to sit on. Camp chair etc..
