why? what's maybe keeping you from coming?

I split my finger open last weekend and haven't been able to turn a wrench to finish up the few small things. Plus I'm still waiting on the helicoil pieces to clean up a stripped hub stud hole, since all my spare hubs are buggered in one way or another.

That sucks.

I had to go the ER cause i nearly cut the tip off my finger on Tuesday.

Nice thing about knowing the entire ER staff -- there was 6.5 - 7 hour wait time, but i was taken in, x-rayed and got 3 stitches + glue, all in Under 1 hour!!! never even hit the waiting room

I'm still shooting for it. I'm pretty sure I found a trailer and I'm trying to set it up so that I can grab it Friday after work. I do need to hit up Fastenal to see if they have the inserts in stock since Grainger is taking forever. That is honestly what is really holding everything up; and it's just one stinking stud
I may consider just taking the Dodge and wheeling that, since it's supposed to be such a nice day, to meet up with you all.

I remember sitting in the ER with my hand sliced open for 3-4 hours, when I was younger. It was fun...

Oh and thanks for finding out about the deal with insurance. It's always good to hear about new, legal places to wheel in NY, and it would have been a bummer if that would have blocked some potential wheelers from going....

WOW. This was our day as I remember.

We did about 10 minutes of wheeling and then the following:

1.Tim got stuck, but unstuck himself with the go-pedal.
2. Greg got stuck, then got stucker during recovery attempt by hand-winch, and then by me.
3. We all needed to reverse back up the trail.
4. I got stuck, then got stucker during recovery attempt by Jason.
5. Jared got me unstuck.
6. Jared got Greg unstuck.
7. Jared got stuck, then got stucker during recovery attempt by Jason.
8. Jason got stuck while attempting to recover Jared.
9. Micah got Jason unstuck.
10. We DUG Jared's truck out.
11. Greg got Jared unstuck.
12. Jared got stuck again, then got unstuck by doing a 20 point turn with assistance from Greg.
13. We all eventually made it out of the ONE trail we hit, by going back the way we came.
14. Jared left, we ate lunch, Greg left, the rest of us did about 10 mins of light wheeling.
15. I left, while Tim, Micah and Jason went to hit the mud pit.

So we had Nobody with a winch, but only 2 people that didn't get stuck at some point (Micah and Erik). There was a lot of very creative tow-strap use today, and everyone did a great job during a 4 hour ordeal of everyone getting stuck.

Here is a pic of the initial recovery attempt of Greg's truck by handwinch:

That's Micah in the poncho ;)
