It looks Xterra Firma Fest III may take place after all on October 29th at Rausch Creek Off Road PArk in Tremont, PA.

The details regarding camping/lodging, etc have not been nailed down, besides the fact that we will be wheeling on Saturday, Oct. 29th. Most likely we will be taking advantage of the free camping at Rausch.

If you are not familiar with Rausch Creek, you can check out their website here: http://www.rauschcreekoffroadpark.org/. It's about 3 hours south of Binghamton.

I plan on going down for this, leaving from Binghamton on Friday afternoon. It would be cool to ride down with some UNYX folks!

Ok, let's get a good turnout for this. It's hard to get the XF folks off the island very often.;)

Is this Xterra only, or is it open to other children of Nissan as well?

XF, like UNYX, is pretty open. If you like to wheel, we'll take you. I'm going to try and get Deana and Matt to join us, even though they have a Jeep. They did save us on the B2S run.:)

Would my xtock be able to handle it?

Because I'm waiting till the new year to do upgrades. I get about a $7,000 pay raise at the beginning of the year.

Jeff,

There are all kinds of trails there, so yes, your X will be fine. We had several stock X's, including a few '05's, at ECXC. All types of trails, we'll keep you out of the rock gardens. I may take a diversion, however.:)

My first off-road trip was to Rausch Creek. My X was completly stock at the time. I think we did greens and blue trails..and I made it!

Looks like I might be coming down with Jim (again) and Blu. But it's not totally definite yet.

Scott can we meet up with you in Oneonta? Jim has that Friday off and I'll probably take half day depending on what time we meet.

Jeff, that would be great. I try and get out early too, if I can. As we get closer, let's plan on it and pick up Micah in Binghamton.

From work it will take two hours to get to you.

Micah, what time did you think you wanted to leave?

I get out at 2pm on Fridays, so anytime after that is good.

It's gonna be dark by the time we get there anyhow, so it dosn't make a big difference to me when we leave.

If I leave here at 12:00 I can take a clean cut half personal day. (I know it's selfish but it makes it easier for me and my boss.) I could be to Scotts by around 2:00.
