The trail leaders Rover looks sick.

That river trail also looks sick.

Getting down into the creek was pretty intense.

You slid down into the creek, went up the otherside which was all shale, backed down at an angle going back up what you just came down and cranking the wheel, it was awesome.

A few places the water was up to my door, thank God I did the breather extension!

And oh yea, what you can't see is the fact that while your front tires were in the water, the shrock bumper was scraping on the other edge. The water was DEEP in the center.

oh... dude. I just remembered. I havent done the dif breather mod yet... Thats probably whats making that thudding noise and the small vibrations. I gotta make an appointment with Nissan to get my Dif fluid flushed and filled. How much does a breather mod cost and where can I get one???

Here you go. I bought my online, but you can get the part from the dealer.

Nissan Part #: 3832C6010

I bought mine from Nissan Parts for $2.95 + $2 for shipping.

That creek was actually a really beautiful small gorge. I wish I had brought my play boat and spent some time in there with that.

He should change his name to MrKnowItAll or Don'tWheelWithMe. Funny, he never offers any help, just criticism. Must be nice be an omnipotent god of wheeling and omniscient as to the outcome of every situation. Probably the only person in this sport that I have met that I can say I truly do not like.
Several explicatives come to mind, but I will restrain myself...for now.

oh yeh... so what? He's never been stuck or needed a spotter? Guess he's never really been wheeling. And if he has had those things happen... yeh. Well, you can figure out where I'm going from here.

I ordered one today...

I actually did see that one you posted, but the fact that it says "fits 03-05" didn't make sense to me.

Oh, and I forgot to relate this story..

I called my local dealership to ask if the ac condenser is the same for the 2.4L 4cyl and the 3.3L 6cyl on a 2004 Xterra. Service Dept. transferred my call to Parts Dept.

Parts Dept guy says, "The Xterra didn't come with a 6 cylinder in 2004."
I say... "Yes it did, I have one."
He says, "Are you sure its not a 4 cylinder."
Me: "Pretty sure."
Him: "Well, the last year they put the 6 cylinder in was 2002."
Me: "So they don't make an AC condenser for the 04?"
Him: "No, sorry, can't help you."
Me: "Ok, thanks."

So then I call the Service Dept back..
Me: "Hi, I just called about the AC condenser and was transferred to the Parts Dept... the guy there tells me the 2004 Xterra did not come with a 6 cylinder, so there is no Condenser for my truck."
Service guy: "Are you sure yours is a 6 cylinder?"
Me: "Yes, I have 2 Xterras both 2004's, both with the 3.3 Liter V6 VG33E Engine"
Him: "Let me get you the Parts Dept manager.:

Parts Manager: "Hi this is Tom."
Me: "Hi Tom I just called about an Xterra AC condenser and I'm not sure who I talked to, but..."
Him: "That was me you talked to."
Me: "Oh... well I went out an counted my cylinders and there are 6 in there."
Him: "Please hold.".........."Ok, I need your VIN#"
(I give it to him)
Him: "Ok, I guess the other book I was looking in was incorrect, it looks like you do have a 6cylinder."
Me: "So can I have the part number for the AC Condenser?"
(He then gave it to me, and told me its the same for the 4cyl.)

Yeeeshhh.... and he's the MANAGER
