I’m heading to 508Intl in Charlton, MA this Sunday. Wheeling starts at 10am, it’s their SXS/Jeep day.

I will have my almost 4year old daughter with me on her first wheeling outing. My main goal is to make sure she has a good time.

You’re welcome to join me but please be aware that I need to be flexible in case things don’t go per plan.

Had a good day at 508 this past Sunday. There were some side by sides & ATVs on the MX track, a few dirt bikes too but only a handful of Jeeps/trucks. We had the trials practically to ourselves. There’s a topless day coming up later this month & they are expecting ~200 rigs apparently!

The trails seemed the same as last year, some ruts seemed to have become a bit deeper but nothing drastic. Ran their ‘blue’ trails but didn’t go to the green side where the playground is. Prices for Jeeps are now $40, they have a paper map, the trails are marked well so little chance to get lost. My daughter enjoyed the big whoops & kept herself entertained by finding the arrows to navigate for me. She’s not ready for a whole day of wheeling or harder trails yet but was good to be out. Might try to another shortish day before we move to NJ.

If you haven’t been to 508 yet & live close, I suggest you do. It’s an easy day, a fully stock rig will be just fine in 90% of the property. Just don’t take anything too wide, my Jeep had a few inches to spare on the sides when fitting between some trees & the JK is not that wide.
