Fall Craw is the NEA banner event of the year, 3days of wheeling, usually a raffle, dinner & lots of good company. Usually help in September.

You can choose what level of trails you want to run. This year there’s a limit of 150 tickets.

Not sure what properties are planned this year but there’s usually a very wide variety available.

Sept 11-13, 2020 are the scheduled dates.

Need to be a supporting members of a NEA member club to attend. Should see more public info on available properties/trails to sign up once it opens.

Well that stinks. I had intended to join Nexterra this year but missed the deadline.

You can still join. The deadline earlier this year is so we have an accurate count when calculating our annual dues to the NEA.

Is there an option for a 1 day pass? My family isn't keen on camping and I can't disappear for 3 days, no matter how bad I'd like to!

Honestly I don’t know that. Once the tickets open, the signup link should have that info. There is a raffle, smaller than normal but still good stuff, & the dinner.

I believe everything is bundled up into one event fee but I would just wait till the 17th to see if the option to wheel just one day is available. Or the other less desirable option would be to pay the full amount & just wheel the one day.

If you guys are itching for wheeling - Rausch & AOAA in PA are open. Long drive for those up here but still doable for a day or camp one night/wheel one day.

I’ve done the ‘drive there at night, sleep (camp/hotel), wheel the next day & head back right after wheeling’ thing several times. Makes for a tiring trip back but totally doable with lots of caffeine & rest breaks. However, I would not recommend driving back 4-5+ hours if you have been running blacks or more that day. And it’s always nice to have some wiggle room in case of breakage etc..
