I'm getting new tires for my birthday (hopefully by mid-month) and I wanna go test them out but can't commit to B2SR. Anyone not going to B2SR want to go to Freetown/Taunton instead?

I might be up for a run. Pick a day and a time. I will see what I can do.

Probably same weekend as B2SR, either day is fine for me.

You should really try to come out for B2SR. Just stay one night or drive up for the day. Taunton is great but B2SR is in another league. You will have a blast.

Seriously! You guys would have a great time with the gang! Even if you don't want to wheel your trucks, you can always jump in with someone else.

If you have the day you should not pass on the opportunity to attend the B2SR and hang. Wheeling Freetown/Taunton with one or two others can happen almost any weekend, this is a once a year grand event. Meet your fellow members in a welcoming, fun atmosphere and support the club by participating yo!
It’s a great time.

Everyone is saying the place is mud galore and not to bother unless you have good tires. How true is this? I'm probably down to about 50% on my BFG AT's, and well, they're a crappy tire to begin with.

I don't want to drive all the way out to upstate NY to just ride with people. No offense. :D

Jordan, I understand your concern. I've driven through these trails a few times now on my BFG AT's, and overall, have been pretty successful with them. A couple years ago, the trails were VERY sloppy due to lots of rain earlier that summer. Damian ran the trails last year with street tires, and even though those things were slicks, he made it through the easier trails.
