Pictured; a Dana 44HP sourced from a '79 F-250 3" axle tube with 0.500" wall. Visible are High Steer Arms from Parts Mike, Trail-Gear Hydro Steering Ram, Ballistic Fabrication Rod ends, FK 4130 Tube Adapters, BlueTorchFab Axle Truss w/ integrated diff cover, -- the United Nations of offroad part sourcing... oh and a singular shaft of a Bilstein 9100 Rockcrawler coilover...


The lower links are 2" OD 0.250" wall and Uppers are 1.75" OD 0.125" wall...

well, was putting the front axle together for the last time... and figured out that - RCV axle tube seals will not work with RCV 300M axles...

RCV performance customer service was very professional and accommodating spent close to an hour on the phone with them.

they even offered that they will research it more for that axle (1978/79 F-250 HP Dana 44) and let me know what they come up with...

and since the axles and tube seals were purchased direct from them, the are giving a full refund!...

Very cool company with great products...

Highly recommend them.
