Hello everyone, As I was trying to get my Alignment for the truck, i was told that mine ider arm was lose.. well i check it out and it sure was. Thats what i get for running 35" ... So any how, I'm looking to see what i should do< and here are my choices ( i think)
1. Buy a new Ider Arm from Nissan 160.00 2. Buy a new Ider arm from Autozone 45.00 or 3. i believe some one at some point had bushings for the stock lder arm... not sure who but i hope someone can help.. and if soo How much are they?
Any ideas?

Check Bandit 4x4. Dave is a good guy, with prompt service. I just got idler arm bushings from him. See this thread for more discussion viewtopic.php?f=39&t=5888k_enn

I would def check out Bandit 4X4. I know I saw them on the website not to long ago. I would do that then get the brace for the idler arm.

I have the same issue right now, I am doing the bandit 4x4 bushings and then an idler arm brace.

I know someone made brass bushings for the idler arm at one point, can't remember who anymore, but remember seeing them when I had my 04.

FYI. Just went on bandit 4X4 website and they do sell the bushings for the stock idler arm. Cost a little more than the autozone replacement but I would trust those paired with an idler arm brace.

Do the bushings and brace! i did it and it is a world of difference. Most likely there is no need to replace the idle arm.

OEM bushings are plastic, make sure they did not disintegrate to the point that your IA and pin did not get damaged before you assume new bushings will solve your issue. Bandit bushings are the best. http://bandit4x4.com/4x4-truck-parts/st ... -bushings/Also if the bushings are so far gone that you can not aline the truck it might be wise to check (change) your TREs and the center-link (center-link bearings on an aftermarket CL).
