NEXterra Halloween Run 2019

When:
Saturday, November 2, 2019

Meeting Time:
6 PM (Yes, that is PM, as in Night time). Leaving for the trails at 6.30pm or earlier.

Meeting Location:
Parking lot near Marshals (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1251055 ... 312!8i6656)
110 Charlton Rd, Sturbridge, MA 01566
GPS: 42.125316, -72.059787

Wheeling Location:
Gremlin Graveyard

Event Fee (Land use fee for Gremlin per vehicle):
Supporting Members: $25
Registered Forum Users: $35

Payment:
Paypal (paypal@nexterra.org). Please use the 'Friend & Family' option when you send. If you prefer not to use that option, please add $2 to cover transaction fees.

Waivers:
All attendees (drivers & passengers) must sign and hand in the NEXterra waiver (open HERE, print, review, sign & bring it along)

Tech Inspection Checklist: NEXterra Tech Inspection Checklist

Details:
The run will be held at Gremlin Graveyard in MA. The trails are mostly stock friendly with challenging portions. Trailer parking is available. Most of our runs there have averaged ~5hrs.

This is private property. Unless you are with NEXTerra you will be trespassing, therefore all attendees must be registered members of NEXTerra and be signed up to attend.

Thats one heck of a checklist. I have most of those things but no Fire extinguisher or a first AID kit.. I'll have to work on those... geech such high demand lol
