Post subject:  Help Replacing a Timing Belt

Just got my X with the 3.3L and 127k miles with no record of a timing belt change, so it's definitely due. Was thinking spring time i could try to get it replaced, would rather have the help of more experienced people on here to help me out rather than paying the deal or a mechanic almost a grand to get it replaced. I'm in the north shore area but can travel as long as it would be done the same day. Let me know if you guys can help and what day works best for everyone.

I'm sure in the spring the mod days will be popping up all over.
depending on the hands and what else on other rigs needed to be done
the belt could be done in a day.

That's what i'd figured, just dont want to jump into it without knowing a thing about replacing it. Can't have an angry wife haha
