There is alot of research I still have to do. Thanks for the suggestions. :D

Know a guy with a DOM tube-bender in RI. Does a great job, is currently making an exo + interior roll cage for an older Jeep Grand Cherokee (ZJ).

Not sure if your still thinking about the tube bumper. But here is some of Billy's (Barn Off-Road. Lincoln, RI) recent work. Fully Caged ZJ designed by the customer and him. Right now he is towards the tail end of the project, left is making the rear tube frame, rear X brace, and tire carrier. After all the tube work is complete there will be sheet metal work to fill in the spaces left from necessary cuts made for the design.

Hey Diablo, this is Bill from Barn. It's going to be dependent on what you want and how much tube we're going to be using. I'd say anywhere from $300-$400 as a rough estimate.

Looking for a clean design like this with probably plate to hide the body.

Diablo, Sorry for the delay in my response. That is definitely something I could build and would cost around $300 to $400 depending on the final design. If you would like I could design something for you and we can go from there. Maybe add some rolled vs bent tubing to freshen up the look that all Xterras have. go ahead and email me at Barn.offrroad@gmail.com so I can respond to you in a more timely manner.

Will probably drop by the barn. Just waiting for the weather to warm up.
