No, the office was closed yesterday....go figure. At this rate, you would have been better off shipping them Ground. Sorry about that. I am going to head over there on my lunch break and not leave until I have cables in my hand. :D

Ah you're welcome man! Let me know how it works out!

Also, I unplugged my battery when I went into work at 8:00 this morning. Letting it sit until I leave. Maybe it just needed more time to think about what it did wrong.

I doubt it, but you never know. Doesn't work, time to clean up the wheel housing and sensor.

Did you try throwing a wrench? I find that always helps.

Throwing tools, swearing, and hitting the truck always helps.

Hahaha! yeh, give yourself a nice dent to pop out too Jeff, that'll take your mind off the "Christmas Tree"!

Jeff or Scott I opened the packet of hardware that comes with my sliders... I got 4 rusty bolts and no nuts. Is that all I need to attach my sliders is 4 bolts w/ washers and nuts??? Or am I missing something here???

If I remember correctly, there should be six bolts. and I don't remember any washers at all. You don't need nuts cause the holes are threaded

k, i went and looked:

6 bolts, 6 washers, 6 lock-washers

(when i got mine one bolt was the wrong thread, so I called jim and he said just use one of the stock bolts in the middle bottom hole as that one gets the least stress/load)

Yeah, there are 6 bolts/side with lockwashers. If you want, you should be able to pick up another grade 8 one. It's a standard size.

Now, what would be really cool is if you could pull off some of those cogs and fit them to your axles.

Ok, so I use my hardware for my stock step rails or no? Sorry, bare with me here... I'm on pain medication! I just need to know what EXACTLY I need to buy at the hardware store tomorrow. I've got the 4 bolts he sent to me, do I just need to buy 6 new ones of that size, washers and lock washers?

You can reuse your stock hardware...all of it, but you would be better off getting grade 5 or grade 8 bolts of the same size.

Also, the lockwashers are important. Even with lock washers mine tend to loosen up after banging them on rocks.
