Scott, found in the service manual all the information for taking the bumper off. :)

Nice, that is the hard part. Putting the Shrock on is a 15 minute job. :D

Wouldn't be an MC write up without the use of an ammo box. Going to pick up that piece of alumimum this week so I can fab a bracket.

Yes, it got a little wet. I covered it with a tarp last night, but it blew off.

Also, I checked again. There is a sticker on the bumper that says, "Jeff Cornick, 2005 front bumper."

It's certainly a 05+ bumper. Way too wide for mine.

That's a thing of beauty!! I can't wait to have it installed. If it's easier for you to take it off the crate then feel free. You don't have to bring it up like that. Just an idear.

Having that bumper just sit there is killing me! Knowing it's not getting used is driving me nuts!

Feel like an 8 year old waiting for friggin Christmas.

Please. Try being all giddy in the driveway all set to install only to find out you received the wrong bumper.

It is kinda like the Yankees blowing a 9th inning lead to the Red Sox's in a 4 of 7 up 3-0 in the series, then losing the remaining games.

Jeff, I got your bumper in my trailor (man, that thing is huge) Compressor is loaded and tools are packed. Anything I am forgetting?

I have to try to get my valve stems replaced tomorrow, I still can't get the valve caps off. I also have an awful rattle I got to find...it's driving me nuts and to top it off, the yellow X wouldn't start. Strange, I got it started, but it had never done that before.

Anyway, I should be up there around 10am.

We'll need a good 20amp outlet for the compressor and a drop light, Micah drove over mine. :D

If you can, Jeff, you may want to start removing the stock bumper in the morning. That was the worst part when I did mine.

I can start doing that! Or at least try. :)

If you want to wait on the caps we can do them here and we can also try and find your rattle.

Suppose to be in the 70's friday, so we should have beautiful weather!

Do you have a saw that we can use to cut the extra lineing? :D

Don't forget your chainsaw so we can hack up that tree on the trails.
