I made it home! I'm too tired and have a monster headache from either facebutting my truck or smoking those couple cigarettes when I got pissed when the Xterra shit storm started. So, I'll post pics tomorrow. Dave, thanking for all the help and mod day location. You're the best. Don, I felt you drove 3 hours and stayed for the whole thing. Thank you very much for your help. Mike and Gene, you were late....screw you. :-) Mike, it was a honor for you to meet me, nice to finally meet you! :-p

We were late, but stayed late! ;) It was an honor for you to finally meet me! :D

All-in-all, it was a good day. We definitely had some obstacles we ran into, with Eric literally running into some of them. But once we got past those, I think the lift came out alright.

I think the highlight of the day for me was driving the forklift!

OK since everyone I'm guessing was too tired to list out the events of the day... ;)

Let's see damage wise off the top of my head, we had:
    broken torsion bar anchor bolt
broken rear driver's body bolt, which got drilled out from the rubber bushing
    broken battery bolt
a few drill bits got worn down
couple of rounded bolt heads, the extractor was puchased during the day

The installations were a body lift & a modified torsion bar bolt. There were a few things that made BigE's day just wonderful beyond the installations. Nice gash in his forehead, a lost shoe when the tornsion bar bolt broke and he was under the truck. How's your body doing this morning BigE?? Sure there is plenty of stuff I missed and didn't list. I did actually make it in at 1:00 and think finally asleep by 3 or so.

Yeah, there were a few, or should I say, several broken bolts yesterday.

Gene, Steph and Eric were taking pictures throughout the day. I hope they post some soon.

It's amazing where I run into you, Dave!

And BigE, you're now known as "E"? You're not pulling a Prince thing on us, are you?

hahaha, no. I'm just sick of being called "bige" When I played hockey with the high school and college kids that worked at the restaurant I used to manage, they started the whole "Big E" thing. A NHL player with the same first name had that nickname. The 515 was my badge number. I was thinking "E-Tek" since everyone thinks I look like Jason Varitek or "mullEt" or "massholE" Maybe I'll just change it every week to keep you on your toes! :-)
