Hello,
While installing my front coilovers I found I have 2 seized lca bolts, 1 on each side. Looking for a used set of lca's driver and passenger side. I'm still praying I can get the bolts free with a week of spraying with pb blaster but if not, I'll have to remove so I can install all 4 camber bolts. Let me know and thanks....

Even if the PB Blaster doesn't work, I think you could salvage your LCA's. All you'd need to do is sawzall the bolts out. Just make sure you buy a LOT of blades!

I replaced my LCA's this summer because one of them had a bad ball joint. If that had not been the case, I would have just cut out the bolts and replaced those with new ones.

I thought my LCA bolts were seized. I sprayed them for about a week and with lots of brute force they gave in. I was able to rotate all of them. Can you rotate the stuck ones? If no then I am not sure but if you can try twisting while beating on the other end. That is how the last one gave in.

Good luck.

David

well, they are seized, 1 on each lca. Still debating replacing or not. I can not rotate them at all, the entire bushing twists..sucks..

I had the same problem with mine. Keep an eye out over at thenewx for someone going with a Titan swap. Otherwise, car-part.com has them for around $85/ea

I have noticed a few people in the process of posting their Titan swap build thread, that would be your best bet like xvter said.

Some people swear by a 50/50 mix of automatic transmission fluid and acetone for freeing up frozen bolts. It is said to be much better than PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench. I don't know if it will work on those bolts from hell.

Depending on how long you want to wait mine will be off in about 2-3 weeks. I'm doing a titan swap. I had to replace mine in November to get an alignment, they are brand new and don't have more then 3k on them.

Def. interested..I'm in no rush, replacing my uca's with adjustable ball joints which should help with the alignment but I'd like to get the lca's replaced at some point. I'll send you a pm.
