It always amazes me how much we need to spell things out for folks that seem obvious to me.

Thank you for signing up for Rausch HERE and for Gremlin Graveyard HERE.

The “# of Guests:” question in the sign up is just to give us an idea of how many folks we can expect to show up. The payment is for an event shirt.

Rausch is a membership-based facility. You must be a member to access the park. It will cost you $15 to be a member for one year. The daily entrance fee is $35.00 for the vehicle and driver. Passengers age 16 and up are $7.00 each.
It will cost you $50 plus $7 for each passenger (under 16 are free) to wheel if this is your first time at the park.
You need to print and fill out the Membership Application & Waiver HERE and bring it with you (Parental Waiver HERE).
Click HERE for Rausch membership info.

Gremlin Graveyard is private property and there is a $20 cash per rig land use fee. It will cost you $20 to wheel with no regard to the number of guests you have with you.
You need to print and fill out the North East Xterra Club Waiver and Release of Liability HERE, bring it with you to both locations.

Thank you a ton! I was just unsure of i was going to be charged for RC/guest via the nexterra event page.
luckily my membership will still be valid from August :D

Thanks again Bkly.X and everyone else that replied

EDIT*

Damn, is there a newbie of the month award? I deserve it.

Whats the cost of the event shirt? I got the email for the paypal payment, but no cost. I re-read this thread several times and I SWEAR i did not see a price. If i'm that oblivious I'll spot someone else a shirt(no edits!)

Anyone from the green/easy blue Rausch group going to be wheeling that Sat too?

Thinking Rausch & GG will be good shakeout runs for the Jeep before I start doing stuff to it. They are both different terrain - rocks at Rausch vs the more woodsy GG. Looking to see if I can make a weekend of the possible Rausch trip (greens Sat w/ greens+blues Sun would be a nice progression).

Gang, I have posted the event shirt information in the OP of this thread.

If you have already officially registered in the event thread, then you have already provided your shirt size to us.

If you would like to purchase additional shirts or cannot attend the event and still would like to purchase a shirt, please post the following information here in this thread
.

Just a reminder - if you have already given your shirt size when you originally registered, then we have your order.

On the flip side, if you did register and gave us your shirt size, but DO NOT want the shirt, please let me know ASAP via PM.

Since there have been quite a few questions on what the cost is, I've added this to the OP in the hope that it would help. So, he's what you need to pay at each location:

Fee – Rausch Creek, PA:
Pay NEXterra (Cash/Paypal/Check) = $30/shirt. (Supporting Members get a $5 discount on the shirts, so if you are a supporing member a shirt is $25 instead of $30)
AND
Pay Rausch Creek (Cash/Credit/Check at Rausch Creek) = $15 Membership + $35 Fee for the day + $7/passenger

Fee – Gremlin Graveyard, MA:
Pay NEXterra (Cash/Paypal/Check) = $20/truck land use fee + $30/shirt
Supporting Members get a $5 discount on the shirts. No additional fee for passengers.
