I hope there will not be any frozen subs in this upcoming run. That recovery would suck! I think Dave knows about that!

Look at the size of the ice chunks!

Hi Tom - I would love to come for this ride but I have a 03 Xterra that is bone stock & a little worried about damage. Looking to getting AT tires (probably Firestone Destination AT) in the next few weeks but that'll be the extent of the 'mods'. Only have the fuel tank skid. First time out wheeling was at Rausch earlier this month.

Will the ride in MA be too much for my stock X? Wouldn't want to slow down the others or have to be towed over every other obstacle.

Thanks. I'm located in CT.

Thanks,
Suresh

Join us in the MA run..
There are plenty of places where you can wheel and have a good time. If there's snow, just stick behind one of the modified trucks so that we can give a yank if needed.

As for the tires, I had those when I first started wheeling and they held up well enough for me to still go where I wanted to go, but not give me so much over confidence that I was tempted to be more stupid than might normally be the case.

Thanks Mike. I'll plan to be there. Hope to get my engine/tranny skid plate in place by then too so I'll worry a bit less.

Like Mike said come. There will be something for everyone from stock to modified at ether location. I'll put you down for the MA spot.

Bryan, sorry bro, I changed the color for your truck in the OP. Glad the swap went well and I'm looking forward to seeing it back on the trail! :D

Put be down as a maybe for MA! It's all contingent on if I can get my truck ready by then, which I should but for right now, it's iffy! Thanks. :]
