What: Northern eXposure Run 2020
When: Saturday, January 11th, 2020
Meeting & Wheeling Location: Rausch Creek Off Road Park 453 Molleystown Road Tremont, PA 17981 (click HERE for directions).
Meeting Time: 0800 (8am)
Cost (Rausch Creek Off-Road Park): Pay Rausch Creek (Cash/Credit/Check at Rausch Creek) = $20 Membership (if you are not already a member) + $50 Fee for the day + $10/passenger. Click HERE for Membership details.

Details:
Before you show up;
  • Please review the NEXTerra Rausch Creek FAQ thread HERE.
  • Rausch is a membership-based facility. You must be a member to access the park! Click HERE for membership info.
  • Please review The NEXTerra Tech Inspection Checklist HERE
  • Please review the “The NEXTerra Trail Etiquette Guide” HERE
  • Please review the “The NEXTerra Spotting Guide” HERE

Waivers:

Rausch Creek’s office opens at 0800. Tom (Bklyn.X), the contact for this event, plans to be in the parking lot at Rausch by 0730.

When you show up at RC line your truck up behind the trail leader of the group you want to run trails with. If it’s after 0800 please go up to the office ASAP, hand them the filled out Rausch Membership Application/Waiver and your Rausch Parental Waiver (if applicable) and pay (cost is posted above).
Then find Tom (Bklyn.X), introduce yourself, hand them your filled out NEXterra waiver, pick up your event shirt if you ordered one and get your free event sticker then go air down.
A Drivers Meeting @ 0900 then hit the trails!
All will be welcome; any make, model, experience level.

*There will be no food or beverage provided so you will need to bring your own. I bring a packed lunch and water.

Tom is planning to stay at ether the Comfort Inn in PineGrove or at Twin Grove Campgrounds (same as at ECXC).

Cool, thanks. Chris is one of the two guys signed up for "Blues" so unless a bunch more sign up you should be able to run some "Blacks". beer1

We got 7 trucks signed up so far...5 "Black", 2 "Blue". Anyone else ready to get the New Year started off right?

In case you are unaware;
There is no attempt to make a profit with the sale of any NEXTerra or NEXTerra Event SWAG including these shirts and Hoddies.
In this case I personally front all money for art, production, shipping and handling for the NER20 shirts, hoodies and stickers.
I try and work it as close to even as I can using past event productions as a guide. An account of all payments and credits will be posted in the Event Committee section for all NEXTerra Club Officers and Committee Members to view. Any surplus money is turned over to the club. In the past any debit has sometimes been reimbursed or has been absorbed...by me.

All money held by NEXTerra is used exclusively by the club according to the club bylaws.

No one at NEXTerra is making any money.

All accounts are transparent and monitored by all NEXTerra Clubs elected Officers.

Your purchase of these Event Shirts and/Hoodies not only provide you with club swag but help your club with their efforts to provide venues and opportunities for future events.

I don't know if you have seen Justin's awesome video of a group of us running "Blacks" back in October:



He is planning to attend the NER20 at Rausch and if he can shoot enough decent content will put something cool together for us.

If your running trails with us you might want to grab his attention, maybe have him ride along with what ever group you're in, feed him lunch, offer him smokes, introduce him to you beautiful sister...curry favor in any way and get him to shoot your truck in action!

Sadly as of right now I'm on the fence with going. I'm dealing with some personal issues right now. I'll know know for sure next week but as of right now I'm on the maybe. I'll still come grab the shirt from you tommy
