First time I have been able to get on this week...

The story (quick and dirty)

9000 miles ago they said I need brakes
6000 miles ago brakes are good
3000 miles ago brakes are good and I asked them about it...

Survey came VIA email so I filled it out with the above info

Received a phone call from "said" dealership asking about survey. Told them that is how I felt! He said I have enough customers and he doesn't need me and DON'T come back!

Called Dave... Thread was created (on theNewX)

Called Brian (thanks for calming me down)

Walked in to talk with GM (who is also owner) and said my name he said "oh your hear to talk about your survey" I knew conversation was going to go down hill from there!

I asked for my service records and he said NO they were HIS property And pointed me to the door, I asked for his business card he said he was NOT helping me anymore and to get out of his store!


I received a voice mail on Monday afternoon and have not been able to return the call to the Nissan person... Will be calling on Monday!

What an ass. I would go back and say that you are looking for a new truck and see how they treat you.

I don't think your service records are solely his property. I'm sure you have the right to see them. I would let Nissan know how you were treated.
