A huge thank you to the usual Mod Day crew of Dave and Tyler for giving me hand with the bumper and Tyler for all the wiring of the light bar. I can turn wrenches but when it comes to anything electrical, I barely trust myself to screw in a light bulb. I'm very thankful that we were able to make all of our PITA schedules coincide to get this done. I thought it was going to be a week or two before we could.

So the new goodies for today are a Hefty Fabworks front bumper with rad skid, and 24" LED bar with rocker switch. I've been wanting this bumper since I got the X, so this is going to be pic heavy.

Niiice. You should remove the front swaybar too. Gone get better flexin. Once you upgrade the tires to somethin like Goodyear Wranglers or KM2's you'll get better traction, so driving will be less skippy and more betters. Also you should cut off the rear swaybar mounts on the axle, just gona hang you up yo...

Thanks for the advice. I've thought about losing the front sway bar but the wife drives it during the week when I'm out of town for work. I wouldn't mind driving it without a front sway, but I don't feel comfortable with her driving it without one. (Dang wife, haha)

As for the tires, I honestly have no complaints about the Destinations. I had a set on the Fronty before that got totaled and now 33's on this. I've had no issues at Rausch, local fishing/hunting trails here, or any issues with bad weather on the roads. I may try Wranglers for my next set though because I know alot of you guys love them. We'll see. beer1

A small update and performance update;

My pups go with me in the X just about everywhere they can. I decided it's time to try and save the rear sear. I purchased the "Deluxe Seat Saver" from Duluth Trading. You can set it up as either a plain seat cover, or set it up hammock style. I went hammock style. This cover is water resistant and washer safe which is awesome. The cover also comes with a storage bag with also has adjustable straps that you can use to attach to cover as then use as storage for something else in your rig (leashes). This cover also has a zipper in the "crease" of the seats so you can still utilize the seatbelts for rear passengers if needed.

Wow sorry for the late response. I just saw this. I suck. The y pipe isn't eliminated but it keeps it true 2.5" instead of narrowing directly at the y like stock. Also, while I'm here two small updates; Bullydog and Molle panel.
