After I cracked one of my OEM rims and then saw Gene hammer out a steelie I've gone with them. Cheap F that I am. When one gets too F'd up I buy a new one for around $50-60.

Went with the GY MTRs based on research and satisfaction from those who own them. Snow was a consideration and issues of the other tires I was interested in varied from balance, cupping and sidewall problems. Life is too short for bad tires.
