Got the lights all mounted and wired. 2 pairs of stainless steel Procomp 130 watt lights. I ran 2 switches and 2 relays, so I can use 2 at a time or all 4 lights at once.

I clocked the internals of the lights 90 degrees due to the sideways mounting - no problem. The only issue was that I had to cut down the mounting studs of the middle 2 lights to get them in without the studs hitting each other.

Very happy with this light bar, and would highly recommend it!!

How much vibration does it get as your driving down the road with the lights on?

It's not too bad really. Over 55mph, I think I hear the bottoms of the lights are hitting the airdam of the rack. Gotta figure out what do about that. But the vibration isn't bad enough that I can notice it in the light beam at all.

Hmm that's weird. It's looks like it has plenty of room.. I'm wondering if it's just the screws are too close on your particular lights?

You could put some strips of foam on the back/bottom of each light (whichever is hitting the airdam). That way it stops the tapping and also is hidden from view.
