10 Defrosted White Castle Hamburgers (WITHOUT PICKLE & Ketchup)
1 1/2 Cups Diced Celery
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Thyme
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Sage
3/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup chicken Stock
Tear burgers into pieces, add the diced celery & spices & the Chicken Stock & mix together. Place in Casserole Dish & bake for about 40 minutes.
DISCLAIMER....THIS IS NOT MY RECIPE BUT A RECIPE FROM WHITE CASTLE...IT GAVE NO BAKING TIME SO I AM ESTIMATING IT....GOOD LUCK.
HOWEVER:
I WOULD DO THIS INSTEAD:
MELT 1 STICK OF BUTTER & COOK THE CELERY ONE DICED ONION TIL TRANSPARENT
TO THE TORN UP BURGERS I WOULD ADD ABOUT 3/4 CUP OF MILK, THEN ADDED THE MELTED BUTTER, ONION & CELERY & MIX WELL.
NEXT: I WOULD USE ABOUT 3/4 TEASPOON POULTY SEASONING & MIX IT ALL TOGETHER..
POUR INTO BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH & BAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO ONE HOUR.
