You will need of course:
A Crock Pot 1 Pork Roast (trim some fat & cut pork roast lengthwise <----> like this 2 Bottles of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce 4 Cups Water 1 Tablespoons Pepper 3/4 Tablespoon Salt A few dashes of hot sauce (optional!!!) 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic 1 Medium Onion Diced 1 Pkg Hamburger Rolls 1 Jar of Pickle Relish (optional)
1st Remove the outside netting cover from the Pork Roast and trim off the excess fat, but leave some fat for taste 2nd Cut the pork roast down the middle lengthwise <---> (this way!!) You NEED to cut the pork down the middle so it cooks completely & faster 3rd Pour all the BBQ Sauce & Water in Crock Pot 4th Add all your spices/garlic/onion/etc 5th Set Crock Pot on High & let cook for 5-6 hours til done depending on nsize of pork roast & your crock pot, some cook faster, others slower!!! 6th When the pork roast is "done" (it should basically be falling apart) take two large forks and "shred" the meat "pulling" the meat apart in different directions!!!
Serve on Rolls, add relish on top of BBQ Pork if you like it!

MMMM pulled pork.
My wife makes this atleast once a month.
She puts a half can of Coke in in place of some of the water, it breaks down the pork a little better and makes it a touch sweeter.
Its also good with some coleslaw.
