1 Large Loaf Stale Bread
1 stick melted butter (NO margerine)
1 medium Onion
2 Whole Egg (medium size)
3/4 to 1 cup Whole Milk (read dierctions below first!)
1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
1 Tablesoon dried Parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

If your bread isn't stale, slit the top of the plastic on the loaf right down the middle and let the bread get dry out. Fresh berad gets to "squishy" and won't absorb the ingredients evenly/properly.

1) Place stick of butter (do not use margerine, it will change the taste of the stuffing entirely)
2) Chop the onion and cook it in the butter until tender
3) Place bread slices in large bowl and Tear the bread into small pieces
4) Slowly pour about 1/2 cup of milk over the bread and mix it in until the bread is damp (you don't want it soaked!). If it still seems dry add more milk a little at a time. If bread is damp do not add more milk!
5) Pour the onion and butter over the wet bread (remember no marga
rine) and mix it in.
6) Add the whole eggs 1 at a time mixing them in to the bread mixture
7) Add the onion and butter to the bread mixture
8) Shake the poultry seasoning over the bread mixture abnd mix in
9) Add the parsley flakes and mix in

Spray baking dish with non stick spray. Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish and bake at 375 degrees until the stuffing is golden brown on top. It should be soft/moist inside the stuffing, but not wet! If it doesn't apper to be cooked, nake stuffing a little longer!

Once the stuffing is properly baked, enjoy it with your Turkey/Chiicken or Duck/Goose etc!

Thank you so much! However I did make a Slight error, I must have accidentally deleted adding about 2 stalker of diced celery also cooked along with the onion in the melted butter, then added to the complete mixture before baking.
SORRY ABOUT THAT!
Another tip that rocks!
you can slice and brown the left over stuffing the a frying pan the next day! My family especially LOVES this! They will even eat it along with eggs for breakfast! LOL
PS I have a treasured Chili recipe also, I might add that to our list! It's kind of "made to your liking" so I will include "exchanges" of meat of spices.
PS wanted to know where can I find and XTERRA WINDOW STICKER.
My faded and is gone to a "better place".

I did forget to type in the recipe that you HAVE to add 1 to 2 stalks of diced celery which you will cook along with the chopped onion in the stick of butter. I sent this as the 2nd recipe email (oooops)

Then ypu would add the onion/celery/butter mixture to the bread mixture...that's why you add the milk a little at a time so you don't over soak the bread. Then bake it until it is golden brown on top. It should be moist inside, but not wet.

NEXT TIP, you can slice the left over stuffing the next day and fry it on both sides in butter and serve it along with eggs in the morning, or as a side dish...my family loves it just as much this way.

Have a happy Thanksgiving and keep in touch. I will put the chili recipe together, but it's quite long as you can make it to suit your needs or desires.
Take Care, Lorrie Y.
