A little local info update:

There are some trails I found out about near the Mall & the Dino.

The sections of land are owned by the state and county. There are no signs posting the area, but I don't know if that makes it "legal". The area is an unused section of land behind the New York State Fair parking lots.

I think the land is unused, due to contamination by Allied Chemical many years ago.

The terrain is hills, trails, slippery limestone (I think that's what it is). Some of the trails have branches that will drag down the side of your paint.

Also, The Dinosaur BBQ does not have a parking lot. There's plenty of on street parking, but I thought I'd let you know.

a quick run could be fun.

I'd be game for a quick run. And don't worry, I keep all the cards in the truck, that way I always have one.

we could do some major carding at that mall!!

When are we doing this quickie? Before, after? It might be fun also to mall crawl and card tons of trucks.

i say we do it after we eat. then after wheeling, we could card the mall. (when we are all muddy!)

i found someone to work my *surprise* shift at work that i didnt know about.. so i can get there at any time now i say we eat- then fun run- then mall crawl.. either way, im going to that damn mall before i leave!!!!

By time we get done eating it's going to be 5:00 I don't think we will have time for a run at night....but that's just me.
