Hey All,

Wanted to introduce myself, though i've lurked on the site on and off for a while. I just bought my first ever brand new car, a 2015 Pro-4x! I've always loved Xterras since my mother bought one in 2000, (which I later rescued from a snapped timing belt & drove myself for a year or so. I was motivated to pick the new one up since there won't be anymore next year :(

Anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to making it out to some events (in time) and I'm sure it won't be long before I start itching to modify the new X, If I ever get off my butt and sell my old FJ60.

here's my old first gen after I dipped it flat black:

And the new ride:

Welcome!

Nice color choice to hide the pin striping and a clean slate to start modding. And if your planning on joining us on a run, get those stiff mud guards off before you damage her.

Enjoy!
Scott

Thanks! I was planning on removing them, but wanted to replace them with some long rubber ones (Dakar style)

No, I actually sold it about 2 years ago and bought a 1985 Land Cruiser.

Welcome from MA.

Is that a Siberian in you profile pic?

I have a husky too. Good luck cleaning the hair out of your brand new X.

Yup it is, I've got two of em and could probably build another two with all the fur that's been brushed/vacuumed in the past few months!
