Does anyone have a good-sized covered grill they could bring, gas or charcoal? It looks like we will have around 50 chickens breast to cook and they won't all fit on my grill. Since we tend to get back late, we don't want to cook in shifts. A camping stove won't be much help, since I won't be able to get many on there.

I have one just like yours Dagger, but the only problem would be getting it up there and back. As you know it is quite a large item to try and pack into the truck. Anyone, in or passing through the Westchester area, bringing a trailer with them?

I have a good sized grill. Good news is it's at our family's summer house and the house isn't rented and it's on the way to your house. I have a trailer. the real question is how much drop am I going to need for the hitch? Cause I've never towed with this truck. I'll have a 2" BL and 33" tires.

Does a 3 inch difference make in towing a trailer (BL & 1" tire increase)? Worse case scenario I do have a drop hitch you could borrow.

That would be better if you could do that.

Lou, we could use your grill if you can bring it.

Sure thing, no problem. I saw a truck with a hitch mount cargo carrier with a grill on it on my way into work this morning, and it gave me an idea. So I went out an got one.

Inspiration comes from the strangest places.

It's propane by the way I hope that's ok. But it's pretty big. and the side burner has a small griddle I'll have to find that as I never use it.
