| Post subject: | ECXC18 Call for "Trail Leaders"! |
We are looking for "Trail Leaders" at this year’s ECXC. You must meet the following qualifications to lead trails: -Fully Registered ECXC Driver -Familiarity with Rausch, the trails you would like to run, ECXC Trail Ratings, Rausch Rules and Regulations. -A vehicle capable of handling the trails you'd like to lead. -Competence in leading a group. -Competence in spotting, recovery, safety practices. -Good communication skills. -Ability to be in the Rausch parking lot at 7:30am on days assigned to lead ready to go. If you have questions about Leading please feel free ask within this thread or PM me on this board. If you would like to lead a group please indicate so during your sign up (when it opens) with; Trail Level you would be willing to lead; Green (Stock), Blue (Intermediate) Days you would be willing to lead a group (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) I will contact you at the email you provide during sign up. Not everyone that offers to lead trails will get the opportunity to do so, but everyone's offer will be considered. ECXC Organizers have the final say in who leads. Thank you for your attention. Thank you guys. Erine, thank you for volunteering. I'm not going to assign the Black and SAS groups leaders. As soon as two or more of those wanting to run in those groups get together they can just go. |

Always unsure if I can make Thursday. Hell will have to freeze over for me to miss friday and Saturday. Regardless, I am happy to lead or tail gun blue or purple. Or you can probably talk me into a green if we are short. |

Thanks guys. Joe, as I said to Ernie; I'm not going to assign the Black and SAS group’s leaders. As soon as two or more of those wanting to run in those groups get together they can just go. Ernie will be "Greeting" folks as they arrive each morning at the Rausch entrance and guiding them to where we will be lining them up. If you could help Justin with "Tech", making sure folks trucks are trail ready (airing down, step rail delete, etc) that would be great. |
