Brian. I had to cancel my cottage it was N55P. It may be still available. Also If you don't mind being off site I actually booked a pet friendly room at the comfort inn hotel down the road. There was a deal on groupon.

For all of you who sent in your registration fees over the past few days - thank you! I have updated your status to a Fully Registered Driver on the ECXC Attendees Page.

As mentioned below, there is still time to sign up and pay to attend ECXC, but in order to be guaranteed a shirt, you must pay in full by Sunday, June 18!

The Comfort Inn in Pine Grove gives a discount if you are wheeling at RC....and that's all you need to say to get it. They're also very nice about people installing lift kits and so forth in the parking lot at 3 am, etc....and have a pile of (Clean) used towels you just use as rags to clean your rig, etc.

Important clarification on rules regarding who can signup & attend ECXC: Per the current rules, ECXC registration is open to Xterra's, with an exception given to event staff and sponsors. Event staff (like myself) & Event Sponsors are allowed to wheel whatever they drive. It has recently been brought to our attention that per the rule stated above, supporting members of clubs that are sponsors of ECXC also fall under the exception category and hence should be allowed to attend ECXC. After deliberation, we have decided that this interpretation of the rule has merit. So, what does this mean to you? If your club is a sponsor of ECXC-2017 & you are a supporting member in good standing of that club, you have an exception to attend the event this year even if you do not wheel an Xterra. Please be advised that we will be validating your standing with the respective club's officers. As of 6/14/2017 - the clubs that are confirmed sponsors of ECXC-2017 are 718, Nexterra & GPAX.

FYI. The tic population here Pa. is crazy high. Please remember to bring bug repellent with Deet and check for tics often. I've had 4 on me already just from walking in high grass. The little bastards are everywhere. Make sure your Pups are protected also.
