As of now we are going to stick with the original plan listed above. I will Add Cabelas as an additional meeting spot after lunch (just before getting to Twin Grove).

Is there a spot off of 95 that we can meet up (maybe a rest area) that we will pass through? Do you have a suggested location along the map?

If anything you can pull off the breakdown lane and when we are getting close you can follow. I would estimate it would be around 10am.

Theres a rest area and a truck stop right before my town, we could meet there. Easy to get in and out.
