| Post subject: | ECXC16 Call for "Trail Leaders"! |
We are looking for "Trail Leaders" at this year’s ECXC. You must meet the following qualifications to lead trails: -Fully Registered ECXC Driver -Familiarity with Rausch, the trails you would like to run, ECXC Trail Ratings, Rausch Rules and Regulations. -A vehicle capable of handling the trails you'd like to lead. -Competence in leading a group. -Competence in spotting, recovery, safety practices. -Good communication skills. -Ability to be in the Rausch parking lot at 7:30am on days assigned to lead ready to go. If you have questions about Leading please feel free ask within this thread or PM me on this board. If you would like to lead a group please indicate so during your sign up (when it opens) with; Trail Level you would be willing to lead (Stock, Intermediate, Advance) Days you would be willing to lead a group (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) I will contact you at the email you provide during sign up. Not everyone that offers to lead trails will get the opportunity to do so, but everyone's offer will be considered. ECXC Organizers have the final say in who leads. Thank you for your attention. |

I can probably lead intermediate Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can lead intermediate. |

I'll lead the greenest of greens if no one wants newbies. Otherwise, I'll just lead regular greens. I'm available all three days for leading. |

Okay, we need a Leader for one of the “Thursday Stock” Groups. Please review the requirements in the OP of this thread and refer to the ECXC16 Trail Group Discussion HERE for the potential makeup of the Groups. |
