Since Suresh is one of the event organizers, he is allowed to bring a non-Xterra.

We are just about a month away from this year's ECXC! You still have time to sign up for the event. HOWEVER, if you want an event shirt, you must sign up by this Friday, June 17!

Several payments came in over the past weekend - Thank You! For those of you who sent in your payment, I have updated your status on the list of event attendees. If you do not see your name under the Fully Registered Drivers section, then we have not received your payment as of yet.

Each paid, registered driver will receive one (1) event t-shirt (as long as you have paid by June 17). If you would like to order extra event shirts, they are $15/ea, and can be ordered here. Only paid, registered drivers are eligible for ordering extra shirts.

I have also sent out emails to a few of you who paid, but forgot to include the money to cover your guests. Please check your inboxes!

Thanks to MdPhoenix, it was pointed out that in the automated email confirmation that is sent to drivers upon signing up, the PayPal address listed was incorrect; our correct PayPal address is ecxc@nexterra.org. If you have used the PayPal button on the sign-up page, that points to the correct email address; it was just in the automatic email confirmation that had the wrong address.

So, if you have signed up AND paid, but still show up under the Pending Drivers section of the list of event attendees, please check your PayPal account, and check which email address you sent your money to.

I apologize for any inconveniences!

So very sad that the chipmunk wont be making it to ECXC this year...needs some work done that wont get finished in time...but it will make it to B2SR! That, and if everyone changes from 55 to 80 again, never be able to keep up...has a hard enough time doing 55 lmfao

If you had reserved a cabin you might want to offer it up on the board for a day or to before canceling it.

Oh Ill be there, just my X wont be making it (Ill be heading up with the hubby). Chippy needs some extra work that I cant afford just yet and may have to take it to a mechanic shop rather than the hubby working on it...that and I need to get some armor under it since that got sold before I bought it...but like hell Ill be missing this lol, I missed the last two runs being sick and my moms dog going missing, I aint missing this one, been looking forward to this all year!

I just finished updating the reports for registrations, payments, guests and extra shirts. I have sent out emails to those who forgot to include the extra money for shirts and/or guests. Please check your inboxes!

Also, this is the final reminder that if you want an ECXC 2016 event shirt, you must pay in full by end of day today, Friday, June 17! If you do not care about the shirt, you still have until July 1 to pay in full.
