Welcome to the 15th Annual East Coast Xterra Challenge!

Whether you've been attending this event since its beginning, for a few years or you've never been before - this is an event you don't want to miss! From the trails, to the people, to the truck itself - ECXC has been a memorable event that many Xterra owners have continued to talk about over the last 14 years!

In this thread, you'll find information on the event. Please keep checking back for updated information. If you have any questions, please post them here!

When: Thursday, July 16 - Saturday, July 18

Base Camp: Twin Grove Campground

Wheeling Location: Rausch Creek Off-Road Park

Fee:
$35 - Event Registration
$15 - per guest for food

Payment: Paypal (ecxc@nexterra.org) preferred, or cash at the event

Event fees cover:
- Event Shirt
- Event Decal
- Saturday night cookout
- 10 raffle tickets
- Hanging with some of the most welcoming Xterra owners in the Northeast

I'll be there with my wife, 2 kids, and Dog. Perhaps some of my other family will come up as well because the Twin Groves Campground is VERY nice and condusive for families!

More info:

The Twin Grove campground is our base camp for ECXC-2015. They have cabins, tent & RV sites. There's a 10% discount when you book your site, be sure to state that you are with 'ECXC' & ask for the 10% off.

There are other hotels in the area as well. The Comfort Inn has a discount if you say you are going to Rausch Creek.

I'm already watching Rausch Youtube Vids... :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:

We would like to run a mix of the trails over the 3 days.

starting to put away the ECXC fund tonight..

You guys should reserve a cabin now if you want one. The ones I've stayed in during past runs are already gone...

How big are the cabins? It will just be me and maybe my puppy that is almost 100 lbs....

Big enough for the two of you. Basic one room cabin has a Queen and a bunk bed. You'd need to get a "pet friendly" cabin...
