Everyone,
It's turning out that we're going to be a bit short staffed on Saturday night, when NEXterra hosts the open bar.

I have to leave Saturday afternoon as I am managing some work being done on Saturday night and into Monday morning, so I won't be able to bartend as I have for the last few years or help with the organization and clean up.

So, we (the officers) need some assistance on Saturday / Sunday.

We need:
Bartender
Someone to help sell shirts / stickers
Organization of clean up and pack up Saturday night / Sunday morning.
General help overall.

Post up if you can and what you can do to help out.

We're getting a 1/4 keg, so if you could help manage that as well, it'd be appreciated.

Ok just let me know where to pick it up. I assume i can pick it up at a liquor store that is down the road. Since it is a new campground we will just have to look when we are down there to whats around unless you already know where to pick it up.

Tom's already paid for it and we'll get it Saturday afternoon...

So, all you need to do is what you did in college... be there to pour for the women and let the men do it themselves.

as of a week ago i was supposed to be at a surprise party for a friend saturday night so i was going to leave saturday afternoon, but i haven't heard anything about the plans and im not even sure it is still happening, so if nothing goes through on that, i'll be happy to lend a hand with anything

What I can use also are people who live in CT or central Mass that might be able to cart some of my stuff back (canopy, generator, lights, booze, etc) as Tom's volunteered to do it, but if people who are closer are able to, that'd be a big help too

depending on room i bet i can take a bunch of stuff back...

Just saw this now (as I haven't been on here in a couple weeks!) and I'd be more than happy to help out with clean up, selling shirts/stickers, etc. I may even have a cute assistant to help!

ok, im out for saturday....got a party for one of my best buds and i need to be there

so, if there is any equipment you'd like set up (tables, canopy, chairs, etc. etc.) i can take care of that before i jet on saturday morning, that way nobody has to deal with it after wheeling saturday all day
