Ok... let's formalize this and call it locked in.
We'll be at the Milford rest station by 9a, leaving no later than 9:15a. We'll meet up at the #2 NJ spot for Donald, fuel up, take a bio break and hit the road again for the campground.
I'll go through all three pages of the post tonight and put up a list and a plan so that we're all on the same page.
The goal is:
- to get to the campground as early as is possible
- stake out a NEXterra location
- get set up (at least get started)
- go to the grocery store / liquor store and get supplies
- get back and get squared away
- make some dinner
- socialize (aka drink)
- get to bed
- get up and HIT THE TRAIL

Ok.. Romeo's first post has been updated to reflect the plan, the people, the contact points and some of the broader details.
we're going to have 7 trucks by the time we meet up with Donald and head down. It's not a huge caravan, but it's nothing to sneeze at either. So, let's get this plan buttoned up start packing.

Update for the group...
I think we should stay on the highway, rather than break off for that shell station as it's not trailer friendly at all in that it was hard enough just getting our trucks turned around.
So, we need an updated location to meet Donald.

How about the rest stop just after exit 11 on I78W and before exit 7 in Asbury, NJ? It lists as M8 on Delorme GPS. Basically a rest stop w/o facilities with easy on/off access right off of I78.

Cool. Maybe you should move this thread out of the "announcements" spot in this section so it’s not on top and start a new thread in its place.
