You may have asked yourself, "What does United 4WD Association do for us?" Here is part of that answer! John Stewart, United's Director of Environmental Affairs is traveling from San Diego to share with us his knowledge and expertise in lobbying, legislative initiatives, and environmental processes. The course will cover: 1. John's series on Public Speaking, Lobbying Basics, and Effective Advocacy. 2. The NEPA process as it applies to federal agencies as well as each of the New England state's equivalent with highlights of specific issues in our states. 3. Brief on United's Volunteer Trail Patrol Program. 4. Basic writing style that will cover creating press releases and general writing hints for formal letters and web site articles. 5. Q&A session Please join the Northeast Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs for these important topics and learn how you can effectively help in keeping northeast wheeling from extinction.
