Hi - I've had to replace my sway bar links way too frequently. I noticed the last time the the end of the front sway bar is tipped at about a 45 degree angle. I put my floor jack under the lower control arm and tried a range of positions to get the end to lay flat enough that I could get the link and it's rubber busing aligned properly. No go in any position.

I'm guessing that when I went from stock to 33" tires that suspension angle changed enough to create the 45 degree angle in the end of the sway bar.

Any suggestions? Can I put the sway bar in a vice, heat and reshape the end or will that mess too much with the integrity of the steel? Other ideas?

Heating and reshaping is not an option. Buy new to replace or delete.
I'd just delete

Sway bars are an unnecessary evil. They're more for cars, minivans and crossover vehicles.

Yeah, those things aren't meant to operate beyond stock spec, so of course they're going. If you have 600lb springs up front or stronger, get rid of your bar and go easy around the corners. Otherwise, see what your options are for extensions.
