Post subject:  Ultimate Backyard Letter of Intent

I managed to lose the first letter from Bonnie so she sent me another one.

As you guys know UNYX is going and already is involved in the creation of the Ultimate Backyard offroading park. She has sent me this letter of intent to pass around and get signatures.

This is what the letter states

Bonnie wrote:
I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to assist in the physical development of an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) trail system, including but not limited to designing, building, and maintaining a network of trails on property owned by Bonnie J. Crolick. I understand further that the agreed to amount and dates of support, as yet determined between Mrs. Crolick and myself is exclusively volunteer and without compensation.

Below is a location for:
Name, Date, Telephone, Address

Instead of mailing this through the state and have it end up getting lost I've come up with a better idea.

If you are interested in this, then I need you to PM me your information and I will add you to the list.

I myself am very involved with Bonnie in getting this park set up and let me assure you, she is 110% into getting this park set up, she isn't and won't take this matter lightly.

I hope you will be able to assist as much as you can in helping her set up the park. She recognizes UNYX has one of the two main clubs that are going to be helping. That's huge recognition for us from her. Lets support her. The more information I can put on this letter the better.

This letter will then be handed to the bank for financing in the business plan and will help the bank see that she has the support system in place to make this park work. She has a forum for support: http://www.crolickscorner.com/

PM your information and lets get a BIG list of names!!

Any idea of where exactly the park will be located? I would love to help out, but from the sound of it, it will be over 5 hours from the Binghamton area.

I'd like to help too, but I'm probably way too far away also.

I would be glad to help, but as seems to be the common sentament, I fear that the distance, as well as my school commitments, and lack of money will play a hinderance in my ability to do so.

If there are ways that I can help out otherwise, please let me know.

x2...I would be more than willing to help out, but I wouldn't be able to if it's 4-5 hours away. If you're just looking for names for the letter I'll send you mine, but I cannot say for sure I'd be able to put forth weekends/months to developing the trails and whatnot...
