It's crazy in B-town now

UVM is doing a HUGE make over and Water Front Park has some new home and Retail spaces. Rt 7 is still in the works making it into a 4 lane with these crazy islands whick are pissing people off but it comes with growth.

Even Winooski is getting a face lift by the Mill

I'm looking to be outside of town maybe like 15 to 20 min. drive.

Can't wait to see that bumper on. I am still looking to see what the bumper looks like on a Super Black. All I have noticed is Silver and night Armor.

Just think

Your bumper iscoming and will be on for the Fools run and you're going on the Fools run.

I will be setting up a Boatload of power cables for the Masters while my X sits for another week in NJ without me. It'll be 6 weeks by the time I see her again.

Take Pics or I'll put Mud flaps on your truck like I'll do to Doc if he doesn't.

Have fun

So true. I don't know how you do it. I traveled weekly for the first 4 years after school, but i was home on the weekends.

My brother was a site engineer for GE gas turbine div. and was gone all the time. He would be home for a day and they would send him to Europe for 10 week or the middle of now where New Mexico.

I wouldn't be into the job so much if I was an Industial Gen Tech. Since I only do Entertainment jobs it just doesn't fell like work some times.

Some of my boys back home want my job right now. Mostly cuz of all the Pro events that I work.

Shoot, Before this I was a Marketing manager for Line Skis in Burlington for 4 years before they laid a lot of us off.

A friend of mines Husband is a test driver and they fly him around the world driving cars for a living. Now that is a killer job

I know when I get my X all decked out in the coming weeks and head out with you guys for a trip that I WILL be wanting to take more time off to wheel.

Till then

This bumper mis shipment has really pissed me off. I called to see when they are going to deliver. Well they have it at the shipping place, but where not sure when they are going to deliver because it is a residence. So I have to drive down and pick it up!!!!

Well it took about 3 hours including time to hunt down a 1/2 drive extension. Fairly straight forward.

There are 3 hidden screws/hex heads (I think 10 or 12mm) on each side of the stock bumper. They are located up near the top back of the bumper where mets the inner fender.

I juse removed the 2 screws from the inner fender, pulled it back, and got a 1/4 rachet in there.

Also, need to remove the black blocks that hold the top of the old bumper. Didn't do this at first and wondered why the bumper wouldn't fit.

Other tricks. Wire you Aux lights when the front is off. Easier to run the wires. I have my Hella's wires run to the front, but not mounted yet. Hopefully tomorrow. Give me a ring if you have any questions, but I don't think you will.

Pictures will have to come in the morning. I took some but all you see is my license plate. Plus the wife was all pissed off I was running late.

Also, take the top grill off. (6 pop-ups on the top, and 4 clips you just reach your hand down to push out.) It makes getting to the bottom one easier. Also don't be a dumbas like me and put it face down! Now I will have to paint it.
