Hey y'all. Just wanted to share with everyone that I quit my job of 17 years 2 months ago (warehouse manager), and took a leap of faith in applying for service technician at every Nissan dealership in my area. Unfortunately Nissan did not Grant me a position I was interested in. However, the local Brooklyn Mistubushi dealership hired me on the spot. It's been almost two months now and can't be happier. I would like to thank all of you here whom have helped guide and teach me the skills to get where I am today. To be acknowledged and respected by professionals as a professional; in a field where I feel I am but a mere amateur; is truly a gratifying feeling.ImageImage

Effort, sweat, tears, lost sleep, lost wages, busted knuckles, busted ego, maybe stressed relationships. Never stop chasing down your dreams. They won’t just fall in your lap.

Nicely done Justin! I always like to see someone take a leap toward their dream.

Congrats!! Once you have 5 years experience I can get you into DSNY as a mechanic if you want. That’s if you want to work on big diesel trucks. I’m a Supervisor of Mechanics over here.

Great job to have, I started out cleaning bathrooms and painting walls in a repair shop in my teens

Enjoy the ride!!!

Don't think anything fits, working only on trade in vehicles and ones obtained at auction. Mostly new cars but every make. They stopped making the Montero, however I'm trying to pitch them an offroad build.
