So I've really started to like the pre runner look and I'm gonna try and make my 2011 Xterra somewhat that style . Plain and simple I currently have 1.5" OME AAL in the back , with FOX IFP 2.0 Shocks (Rear only) , and stock front suspension (Due to the fact my stock left leaf cracked and needed to be replaced) . I've realized that I can't lift my X in the rear anymore because the FOX 2.0 are only capable of 0-1" of lift. So I'm wondering if I can lift my front half 3" and leave the back 1.5" with no future problems?

Also I'm want my tires stuck out , but not from rims, I want more travel. I don't want to spend a fortune is there any way I can do this? Budget being around 3000$CAD . Is it as easy as buying new upper and lower control arms ? What kind of suspension do I need to go fast over speed bumps ...

First off, welcome & congrats on your first post.

I would try searching for this info here & on newx.org. There should already be lots of info on lifting 2nd gens.
I can t speak for any of it as I don't have one. :-)

PRG and Nisstec have good stuff for a prerunner mods.

Whatever shocks you use will be fine but for highspeed runs, bumpstops are key to control rapid up travel.

Going wider is great for more travel, with TS or custom wide track axles but fender trimming will be needed. Also, the only way to widen the rear is a titan axle or spacers and offset rims.
