This is a project/parts vehicle. I am asking $500 OBO

It has not been driven since 2013 and I am unable to start it. Since I can't get power to come up, I can't verify the odometer, but it is approximately at 200,000 miles. It has been sitting due to a power steering issue I didn't feel like getting fixed. The vehicle does have an ARB bumper that has some service rust but is solid. The bumper is about $950 new (See http://store.arbusa.com/ARB-Deluxe-Bar- ... P3316.aspx) . It has the factory tow package. This would be a great project to wither return to road worthiness or to create a great off-road vehicle.

Other that the power steering and its inability to start, here are the other things I know of:
- It also needs a back window
- The rear passenger tire is bad.
- The lower hinge on the driver's door is missing a plastic insert so the door drops slightly when
opened.
- When the above first occurred, the plastic on the inside of the door got caught and cracked.
- There is a rust hole in the back bumper.
- Stains on the rugs/seats
- Peeling clear coat on hood
