Interesting video. I’ve heard beads are great but the tires goes out of wack momentarily when you hit bumps on the highway. Most say not the best for a daily driver but I’m not sure.

After my experience of completely going off balance after Northern Exposure, I’ve been reading up on them. And beadlocks too but those are a complexity different topic.

This ^ is my concern, especially in big tires with a large sidewall.

I only use balance beads. Actually I go to the army surplus store and get non-biodegradable Airsoft beads. I found the smaller ‘Counteract’ type that is the size of sand clings together from static, or moisture gets it clumpy.

I live a mile and a half down a dirt road. If I didn’t use something that could adapt to picking up and tossing stones I’d have an ever changing wobble. Sometimes it takes a second or two to rebalance after hitting a bridge seam on the highway. But that’s the only time I notice. I can’t tell the difference on surface streets, even hitting potholes.
