Yesterday, I spent four and a half hours installing a....

Yup...I finally gone and done it! It was a lot of work, but it was worth it! :D

Then today, I went and wheeled in what I consider to be one of the top 3 (if not the) most beautiful places in America. That would be Sedona, of course.

We had a good group. My R50, a WD21, A new 05 Pathy, and 05X, 2 05 Frontiers (one Nismo, one LE) and a 72 K5 Blazer. We picked up an interesting character in a Toyota Sequoia at the trail head too. Nice guy, but definitely very "Sedona." For those who don't know, Sedona is the "New Age Capital of the World." Lots of metaphysical type stores and what not. There's also a really cool Native American and New Age Arts shopping district called T'Laquepaque. If you're ever up there, check it out. There's a restaurant there that's amazing! Anyways, I digress... Group shot!

Yay, snorkel!

Yep, that's the ARB Navara Snorkel....

05 X going down the 35 degree incline mini lions back thingermajigger...

I call this one The Ascent.

A little flexin'

05 X coming down The Steps. The steps is a series of stepped rocks down a 20-25 degree pitched incline. It's been eaten out quite a lot since I last came down this trail in May and was much rougher, or, more fun, depending on how you look at it. ;)

05 Pathy, same place.

The beast. 72 K5, D60s, Lockrights, 84Vette LT1, TH400, twin Atlas IIs, 35" SSRs...this thing makes me happy in places a truck shouldn't....

See what I mean about the most beautiful place ever?

Nice pics, Dan. Do you have the snorkel sealed into the airbox?

Almost.

I just need to get a little cap for the stock airbox hole and then it'll be set to go. 8)
