Is it done? Why is the front axle so far forward?

Complete....... Not yet.. partial list of what is remaining...

Mount winch, and redo some wiring... (Front arb solenoid, front lights)

Brakes some minor repairs to rear drums and bleed

rework rear suspension to spring over. which will lift the rear 3" - new rear Drive shaft..

Tune Front coil-overs. (N2 and coil spring rate selections... might change the top springs to a lower rate... TBD) (also sitting about 3 inches higher than what ride height should be...)

oh & put the hood back on ...

Good question...

Front Axle is 9" forward of OEM axle because of the triangulated-4 Link suspension, which has the axle ahead of the engine to maximize travel. roughly 15.5 -16" of front wheel travel.

Packaging a triangulated 4-link into this vehicle was tough and I also wanted to maximize the angle of the upper links to increase lateral stability...

Also approach angle is now 90 deg

top spring is a 200# with the 250# primary so combined would be about 111#

also want to level the truck and put the bumper+ winch back on and see how it's sitting.
